In this week's let's play Savage Lands gameplay video, we play the latest Savage Lands beta update, in which the forest giant portals have been removed and killing the giants no longer drop crystal skulls.

Instead, to open the Jormungahr dragon island portal in Stonemoor, you simply kill each forest giant once (Grot, Thuul, Ket and Eldair), gather the four runes and open the portal. In this Savage Lands gameplay video we show these changes and open the portal once more.

Also in this let's play Savage Lands gameplay video, we discover new mobs: spear-wielding skeletons, spear-wielding Eks, ice blue Glacial Eks and yellow diseased Eks. We also see how stone elementals are now tougher and drop loot.

And we test out the new Savage Lands spears, which can be crafted at every weapon tier.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is filmed in Savage Lands early access, so anything seen in the video may be changed or removed in future updates.
