In episode 15 of our let's play Starbound Nightly Builds series, we play more nightly builds, in which the developers have uploaded the latest preview version of Starbound 1.0 from that day's development.

During this let's play Starbound 1.0 preview video, we continue with story spoilers as we play the early story (which is locked without using mods in the nighty builds).

After receiving a mysterious message in the previous episode, we use the gate to teleport to the Starbound Outpost for the first time without cheating! We meet Esther for the first time, the main point of contact for the early missions. She teaches us how to scan for clues and tests us out by scanning the entire outpost.
