This is part 3, the final part of this 3 part episode series of working out with OpTicHalo. This is a little challenge that Red Bull showed me during their high performance camp back in the summer. It is a great burnout to do at the end of your upper body workout days.

The Challenge
-----
Pull Ups, Push Ups, Chin Ups, Diamond or U Push Ups.
10-15 sec rest in between at most.
Tally total rep count at end.

Assault's Shoulder Workout
-----------------------------------------
Warm up on bench press, 3 sets, use 70% weight of your max until failure. Ex. If max is 100 on bench, you do 70 pounds for this warm up.

1. Shoulder Press: 3 sets, going for 6-10 reps, weight that challenges you to hit 10 reps
2. Standing Dumbbell Press: 3 sets, going for 8-12 reps, usually you will go a little lighter on these, but find that challenging weight.
3. Superset: Front Raises with Lateral Raises: 3 sets, going for 8-12 reps, challenging weight.
*Superset means you do front raises first and then with no rest go into lateral raises. After both moves complete, you take your rest until you go into the next set*
4. Rear Delt Raises: 3 sets, going for 8-12 reps, find perfect weight to hit these numbers.
