Just so this list doesn't feel incomplete. :)

There's 310 monsters, I'd probably be bored if I stuck around to kill anywhere near all of them. Nearly all are Demons and Imps, with a small number of Spectres and Lost Souls. No monsters are hitscanners or Cacodemons (or stronger).

All major areas, optional and required, are shown in the video.

I do kind of like the ending area at least.
