After 25 days of careful ownership, this phone now has a 5th crack appearing in the bezel. It's been 2 days since Orange Support promised a return for repair bag (after epic 32min support call). No sign of that yet. I'm not the only one getting unexplained cracks (see links):

The batch number on my box is Batch#:CNFC239002. Maybe I was just unlucky to get one from a bad batch? Good luck with yours!
