Well, after a year of sitting in a box in my closet I was finally able to come across a really battered `Sounds Good` sound pcb for it. I fixed the broken components, broken traces and wired up an amplified speaker and was finally able to get the sound to work on this set up.
This board being a Midway board is EXTREMELY touchy with voltage and sync. if everything isnt perfect it just wont play perfectly therefore in this video you can see that it has a bad image but will play and has sound effects I will just need to find a monitor that can handle it.
