Ive done a bit of work on this board in order to get it to play right but what I wanted to explain in this video is that if you ever come across one of these boards or have one already and get a 22 D or 22 D/M error it means that the mother board and the rom board are not in sync. If this is your only error that comes up then turn the system off, hold down the test button on the mother board with one had and continue holding it down. With the other hand, turn the machine while still holding the test switch and you will see a screen that says EEprom Initialization Complete. Once you see that come up, release the test switch and let the system reset itself. once it does, 22 D or 22 D/M will now come up OK instead of BAD and the game will start. If another chip comes up as BAD, check the traces and solder and if it looks bad either repair the trace or re flow the solder then try again :)
If a chip ever comes up as BAD in red, the system will not turn on and will continue to reset itself until all chips come up as OK.

Thought this might help you guys
