WWE WrestleMania 22 is one of my favorite WrestleMania's of all time. So looking back at some of the ORIGINAL plans for this show, it's crazy to think how different it could have been. Shawn Michaels and Vince McMahon ended up meeting in a No Holds Barred Match in 2006 in Chicago, but it was almost a first time ever meeting between Shawn Michaels and Eddie Guerrero. Plus, Vince almost fought Bret Hart 4 years earlier! Plus, had Batista not got hurt and lost the World Heavyweight Championship, what did Mania 22 have for him? A lot could have been different and the landscape of WWE in 2006 could have drastically changed!
