In Noblecourt, Therion has to steal the Ruby Dragonstone from Orlick, a rich researcher. To get into the manor, Therion needs to steal stuff for Barham, who will give him a key in exchange for rare materials.
When Therion reaches the room containing the Ruby Dragonstone, Orlick catches him in the act and goes on a rant about how he can't trust anyone but himself, which Therion identifies with.

His shields cannot be broken until you kill his minions. Once he's weakened enough, he'll summon a golem.
You'll be automatically sent back to Ravus Manor to deliver the dragonstone. Cordelia will offer to take off the criminal band early, but Heathcote and Therion both note this is a bad idea and that she's being too trusting.
