Joining forces with Red Brain is the "Bad Ending" of the game and will get you the Lord of the Flies achievement. Before attempting this, you will need to have already defeated Hoffman in the underground tunnels (you'll need his brain). You will also need to grab the Oregano on top of the Club. These two items combined will allow you to craft the Intelligence Serum. Drinking the Serum will allow you to talk to Red Brain and receive this ending.
