OSbuddy or Windows 10 notification problem?

78Go in your setting - system - notification&actions - Osbuddy - and turn off the sounds or the pop up
I made this video in hope that someone kindly tell me a solution to this problem I have. I don't know if Windows 10 or OSBuddy settings cause this issue.
