OTHERWAR Gameplay - Pixel Tower Defense Strategy Roguelite
3"OTHERWAR" is a unique fusion of Tower Defense and Bullet Hell game genres, adorned with pixel art aesthetics. Players step into the shoes of a defender angel, tasked to plan and execute defenses against an advancing hell horde. Unlike typical Tower Defense games, enemies in Otherwar launch unique projectiles, necessitating constant adaptation and vigilance, especially against enemies like necromancers who can resurrect skeletons to overwhelm defenses.
Before each mission, players can select towers and skills for the battle, with options ranging from offensive towers to situational constructs like slowing fields and projectile-shooting emplacements. The angel character can also upgrade his skills during battle and acquire new abilities between missions. Each of the nine levels presents a unique puzzle, urging the defender to strategize and bring light into the darkness.
