480The OtterBox Commuter Series Case for the iPhone is a slimmed down version of their flagship Defender Series.
You're still getting a very protective package, with their 2 piece plastic and rubber combination, port covers, and thick rubber bezel around the screen, but minus the added extras like the full screen coverage.
The Commuter Series is more for, well commuters, who need it for day-to-day usage without that added bulk, therefore the plastic is wrapped around the outside, making sliding in and out of pockets a breeze - something you'll most definitely be doing all the time.
