Did not quite make it, ran out of oxygen. I thought the three colors of planet would always give you certain resources, but apparently not. Which is a good thing for randomness.

Needs a better tutorial, at the moment it does not cover or explain much. So you just random click on things.. Some people may give up because of that.

Needs tool-tip popups for the user interface and on the icons for some things, not everything has them.

The random encounters with multi-choice options. And the away missions, where you get to hand select a team for the dangers you might meet, are what make this game. Being able to deal with these dangers with multi-choice options based on your team also is a big point for this game. Without these two things this game would just be a mediocre linear experience.

The game needs polishing. Sometimes it looks like your ship flies through a planet on the way to the destination planet. They should add some particle effects to things throughout the game to give it a bit of sparkle and shine, as it looks a bit bland at the moment. Maybe some HDR, reflection, lens flare, glowing of propulsion, fog, smoke, dust when landing, etc, just to add some wow factor.

Resolution settings do not work, it only displays as a fullscreen window.

Sometimes you cannot drag resources directly to your ship (oxygen, hull, fuel). Usually you can while in the probing, trading, refinery, or drilling screens. But, in some weird situations you cannot. Not sure what causes it, maybe it is a bug, but it is very annoying when it happens as it usually results in you leaving resources behind. Maybe allow us to change the designation of empty spaces on our ship in all those screens as well? Then in that situation, we could designate a square as a cargo storage space to hold the resources.

I hope they get time to fix the above issues and give it some polishing before the final release.
