A slight mistake in the beginning as I shatter my F2 too late, to remedy this I stowed a Sword 3.

The rotation itself is interesting.
Generally, you can delay the Blurred Frenzy casts by a little bit, it doesn't matter.
I use Sword 3 → Sword 2 for clones in my second focus loop as I want the earlier weapon swap because of IA specifically, otherwise, I would stick with the usual signet cancelling.

Disclaimer:

The build I use in this video is about 00.13% better than the version that will be on the Snowcrows website, this is because that version is better with Writs of Strength and requires less gear changing.
