Ice before Mire, don't know delaying before TRock is any faster. I know there's another Switch Glitch in the following room, but seems too difficult to be worth it.

Changes due to Switch Glitch in this route are:
- Menu to flute after Ice Rod Cave to reliably mash Y for flute (need to activate flute during dashing dust frames. 16f window)
- Walk or dash into bird required (to activate glitch)
- Menu to bombs and dump the leftovers before Mire02 (only useful if you're not doing the canedash before Trinexx) [saves 1 move]
- Menu from Firerod to Hookshot (saves 1 move)
