If you are lazy and you don't want to watch the video then follow those steps at 1:50 :

1) Download this specific build (in the newest builds it didn't work for me, but you could try): https://github.com/awoglet/YanSimDL/releases/download/archive/ys_2020_04_16.zip

(in this video i used a very old build from 2018, but because i made a mistake.)

2) Start the game and open the debug menu and press "Z", then open again and press "A"

I recommend this only if you really can't handle YandereSimulator in any other way, because the gameplay will be very poor since there are no students actually (only few)
If even with this you get lower than 20fps, then the problem is your pc.
