Outlast 2 Gameplay Highlights Part 1 | Prologue and How to Get Past Axe Lady | After Work Respawn
4Just 3 dudes sitting in the dark together and playing Outlast 2, one of the scariest games of 2017. Andrew and Christian are joined by Jay to be terrified together as we play through some Outlast 2 funny moments and jumpscares.
But the jumpscares and scary moments of Outlast 2 aren't everything, we've highlighted some Outlast 2 funny moments gameplay as we cut back and forth between gameplay and our reactions. How will our heroes react while playing through part 1 of Outlast 2 funny moments?
In this Outlast 2 gameplay highlights (part 1), we're learning the history of our characters through the prologue. You play as Blake Langerman, an investigative journalist trying to learn about a recent murder along with his wife Lynn. You are also, conveniently, not fighters, meaning instead of picking up anything to fight back you have to run away from everything and hide like a coward. But, we've got Blake's camera to help document some of the crazy sightings and help us see in the dark using the night vision mode.
The Outlast 2 funny moments and gameplay highlights begin shortly after our helicopter crashes (spoilers) and we wake up in an old school building. Doors are locked and a creepy figure and blood rushes at us until we wake up at the crash scene. Lynn is gone and the pilot was dragged off and murdered, so Blake decides to walk forward to find Lynn and figure out what is going on.
Eventually we come across some lady with a creepy voice praying and she comes after us with her axe. The axe lady is ready to murder and we have to find a way around her, because again we can't fight back for whatever dumb reason. Getting past the axe lady proves to be a real challenge and she becomes much less scary.
