Something I just came across on accident and tried to replicate. I don't know *exactly* how to make it happen yet(I only tried a couple times). I believe the glitch happens somewhere in the chase down the stairs. Thinking that, I intentionally led the big guy pretty much all the way to the wall I squeeze into(the first time I went through it all very fast), then the guy behind the wall didn't react or spawn as if everything was done, so I just went back up to the keyboard to skip things. I didn't do this in the video, but, if I went all the way up the stairs then back down, the lights around the generator should've been on, even though the generator light was still red. That's how it was the first time I did this on accident.
