Outriders Technomancer Build Unlimited Toxic Rounds Cryo Crowd Control Best DPS Meta Build. Blow Through Challenge Tier 15 Expeditions with your Unlimited Toxic Rounds PLUS Bonus Damage To Frozen Targets From Three Cryo Freeze Turrets. Insane damage output, Cryo Toxic Techno build is insanely meta. I revised this build based on community feedback, PLUS the Borealis Monarch 90% damage buff to frozen targets is BROKEN. Knowing this we increased our damage output by focusing on our toxic round damage and increasing our firepower. Unlimited toxic rounds are really powerful and fun to use, but I absolutely love the high dps against everything that all three of your cryo turrets freeze. Borealis Monarch set looks good, but does not work as intended. This is the best Outriders Build in the game, maybe not, but keywords are important, toxic rounds technomancer build. Bonus damage for your unlimited toxic rounds is fun, but its even better with the addition of the crowd control from your cryo freeze turrets. Great CC, insane alpha damage, unlimited toxic rounds, freeze, hammer down.. This Technomancer build is the best!
