Outriders Technomancer Build To Blow Through Challenge Tier 15 Expeditions with your Unlimited Toxic Rounds PLUS Bonus Damage To Frozen Targets From Cryo Turrets. Insane damage output, Cryo Toxic Techno build is insanely meta. Unlimited toxic rounds are really powerful and fun to use, but I absolutely love the high dps against everything that all three of your turrets freeze. Borealis Monarch set looks good and provides a major boost to your already blisteringly high damage. Bonus damage for your unlimited toxic rounds is fun, but its even better with the addition of the crowd control from your cryo freeze turrets. Great CC, insane alpha damage, swagger and finesse.
