This is the best and most fun Pyromancer Tempest build out there IMO! Rapid Cooldowns, Massive sustained damage output, tanky, buff your devastator / Everyone damage! Acari set bonus is incredible! Max anomaly power is amazing! This will be my Eye Of The Storm Build, just need a bit more gear optimization. Make CT15 your lil B with this Best insane anomaly power Pyro build! I have wanted a pyromancer tempest build to clear end game expeditions challenge tier 15 since this game came out, but I could NOT find the gear. Finally got it! It is impossibly fun, and quite powerful
