Overview of The Other Info Tab in Odoo 18 Sales | How to Manage Key Details for Your Quotations
In this video, we’ll cover the 'Other Info' tab in Odoo Sales, which helps manage key details for your quotations. The Other Info tab in Odoo provides additional settings for quotations, divided into four sections. The Sales section lets you assign a salesperson, sales team, and company (useful in multi-company environments). You also have the option to enable online signatures and payments, add a customer reference for easy tracking, and use tags for better organization and searchability. Moving on to the Delivery section, you can manage shipping details like the weight of the items, select Incoterms for international transactions, define the shipping policy (when to deliver), and set a specific delivery date. The Invoicing section allows you to choose a fiscal position (for taxes), and project. Lastly, the Tracking section helps you associate the quotation with its source document, related opportunity, campaign, and the method (email, phone) and source (Facebook, website) where it came from. These fields enable you to manage and track various aspects of the quotation, ensuring better organization and efficient sales processing.
