Today's Overwatch 2 genji nerf may not be enough to bring him in line, but it will definitely help take the edge off. As for the Overwatch 2 Sombra nerf, it will have a much bigger impact on her viability, but I doubt it will stop her from being strong. Then there's the Overwatch 2 Zarya nerf, which was also desperately needed and while it was a very incremental nerf, it might be just enough to bring her in line, but we'll see. Then we have the Overwatch 2 D.VA nerf which also was very incremental but may also be enough to bring her in line, we'll have to see. One I did not expect was the Overwatch 2 Kiriko nerf, not sure how I feel about it just yet, but it's whatever, not a big change. Lastly there was no Overwatch 2 Sojourn nerf which is the biggest news of the day. She's still going to be the best Overwatch 2 character in the entire game, by far. She's, in my opinion, more overpowered than any character ever in the history of Overwatch, right up there with release Brigitte and release Sigma.
In this upcoming Overwatch 2 balance patch we'll see some helpful changes to some of the most standout Overwatch 2 heroes. As always with this game there have been some serious Overwatch 2 balance issues, and overall the Overwatch 2 balance is bad at times. This patch will address some of the biggest Overwatch 2 balance problems, but not Sojourn which is unfortunate. Hopefully this Overwatch 2 balance info was what you were looking for and hopefully now the Overwatch 2 ranked experience will be a little more balanced.
