It is with great sadness to announce to you all this channel has been banned from live streaming. No warnings, no issues before hand, it all gets monetized by Blizzard too. So what is going on here?
Ignorance towards players in less prominent countries...
Many people can't even use twitch outside of the U.S. it just doesn't buffer consistently.
So I made a solution, a computer dedicated to re-streaming the Overwatch League to YouTube for view-ability on low-end systems and people with bad internet. I was sure only to include the free stream (no twitch prime stuff) so it was just like any person watching on twitch if they were actually able to.
Finally on your toaster you could experience the hype of the league with ya boys and girls live.
That's been taken away. Consider the fact that these videos are monetized afterward by Overwatch (I don't get a cent) and that I do this to HELP OVERWATCH FANS be able to get involved and enjoy the Overwatch League.
This was all done for the love of Overwatch for months on end with no issue. Now without warning we are banned for 90 days and i won't be streaming OWL live ever again at this stage. If I had at least been warned it wouldn't be as big of an issue, but they seemed to be fine taking revenue for the uploads once streamed which to me is fair. But not this.
I want to thank my mods Ami and Ryan for being there to help out, I want to thank all my fans of Overwatch sticking around and supporting. Maybe one day in the future we can fix this.
For now I'll just upload events here after they have aired. The videos are monetized by Blizzard once uploaded so there should be no issue as beforehand their hasn't been. For the LOVE OF OVERWATCH help us.
Makes me wanna make a video highlighting screenshots of good times we all had in chat with Elton Johns "Candle in the Wind" going. P.S. I have screenshots of our great times haha like "wow" we hit 50 viewers and stuff. Good times, good times. We shall remember them.
