Okay so

I can see this being 'really' useful in a particular situation. When you've got your ult and you push Q, but a Genji or such manages to get behind you, you can turn around, lock, kill him, and if you're a flicking got, turn around and get those that you were originally going to kill. So this will be very situational, but really useful for those McCree's that are already really good anyway and just get unlucky. I also like that there's a health buff, but I'm not sure about the slower left mouse click. It feels like a reversion back to the original recovery time
