In this video I bring y'all the 3 unnamed winning factor's that really make or break the game.
These often go unheard because they're not in the front of your mind.
Remember that Overwatch is a mental game as well.
Use these in a game and I can assure you that it will make a huge impact.

1.Team Vibes- This one is so critical to the win fams.
Im actually surprised that this isnt talked about at all!!
When you go into a game, there is a neutral vibe.
Once you enter team chat, everyone should start communicating and talking about what picks/hero's they need.
When someone say's "shut the fuck up" or "gg we have a .... on our team", it's over from there.
Not only has that messed up the vibe, it probably pissed that other player off.
Even when you joke around and say mean thing's, that messed up the fung sway.
You have now added to much ying and not enough yang to this mix.
You dont know how the other person will take your jokes.
Keep the team morale up and you will be beter as a team!!
2.Little Call Out's- This is so important y'all!!
When you think about Overwatch, it's way more than just what your team is doing.
You have to think of enemy team as well.
Making callout's on the enemy team position is important, but calling out there ult's is just as important.
Anything from discord orbs, to there Winston jumping, call it out!
The more callout's the better the team fight will be.
You will be able to focus target's.
Knowing the enemy ult charge will do wonder's for your team.
Make callout's on everything and you will thrive!!
3.Swapping Without Communication- I can't stress this one enough.
I am very guilty of this myself, and will cost you alot of games.
When you're grouping up and still getting wiped, its time for a switch in team comp.
When you switch, let your team know what you switched to!!
Your team will have to adjust accordingly so they can be in perfect sync.
If you swap of tank and dont say anything, your team will get destroyed due to lack of sustain.
If you swap to a healer, you will die due to lack of DPS.
I remember having 3 healers for over 2 min before someone said something.
The example are endless. Whenever you swap, let your team know!!
