Good Morrow ladies and gentlemen this is that rather british fellow making new and improved british reviews for you to feast your eyes on in a lovely 4k goodness, I’m here to talk about a game that has had a lot of press coverage since its inception and no, we are not going to talk about that…. Seriously there are other channels that talk about that one thing you wan’t me to talk about… don’t look at me like that I know what your game is…
Uh ok
Let me start this review off by saying that a characters gender, sexuality, or race should have any bearing on if you should or should not play that character, it annoys me the most with characters sexuality being a main factor on whether or not that you should or shouldn’t play them the biggest part of this game is playstyle, uniquie abilities and whether or not a character is right for you depending on how well they play and how well you grasp their abilities in order to make your gaming experience a positive one, if you are one of those who feels that the former should reflect how you play and you go on the internet to moan and cuss on “ how dare they turn tracer gay” then I feel sorry for you… now can I continue with the review please?.... ok lets go
Overwatch is a team based multiplayer first – person shooter Video Game developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment it was released in May 2016 for Microsoft Windows, Playstation 4 and Xbox One Platforms.
The game puts you into two teams of six, with each player selecting one of several pre-defined hero characters with unique movement, attributes and abilities, these heros are divided into four classes, offense, defence, tank and support players on each team work together to secure and defend control points on a map and or escrot a payload across the map in a limited amount, players gamin cosmetic rewards that do not affect gameplay, such as character skins, victory poses as they continue to play in matches, the game was launched with casual play and then competitive play and a slew of new characters, maps and game modes were added over time, what makes overwatch different from other games in the same genre like destiny or the call of duty franchise of games all DLC is free which is one of the games main strengths, the fact that there is no story mode does hinder the game a little but doesn’t hurt it immensely….
