Symmetra is arguably speaking the worst Hero in Overwatch. This is not because she's not fun to play or because her winrates are terrible, it is just because she is highly limited in her use. On some maps she's not playable at all, and on others she usually only viable when defending the first objective.
Because of this she has received a major overhaul. She now has two Ultimate abilities available to her, a new E ability called Photon Barrier. The first Ultimate is the Teleporter, the second is the Shield Generator.
Besides those improvements to her exsisting abilities, there is also a minor change to her Sentry Turrets as well as her basic weapon attack.
