ovnogesl is a 'visual novel' made with RPG Maker VX Ace and, since this means the majority of the gameplay consists of reading dialogue, I have tried to space my commentary out to only appear during the less dialogue-heavy segments, but you may still want to watch with annotations turned off.

As for the game itself, ovnogesl attempts to tackle some rather big topics, but muddles the execution with some luck-based puzzles, poor asset usage, and awkward transitions (not to mention a rather important segment being fairly easy to outright miss). While I don't believe the game is quite as bad is some reviews make it out to be (though I still wouldn't give it higher than a 2/5), ovnogesl ultimately feels like an idea which could have been so much better had the creator had more experience with RPG Maker and with game design in general.
