Owlboy Noctae Hologram

Thanks to Taty Zombie for letting me know about meeting Noctae inside the Eternal Sanctuary. If you head left past the rocks after meeting Aegolius (hologram) there is another door which has a Noctae hologram behind it!

Noctae has some interesting things to say about Otus and the loop. While I am not a lore person, I am sure there are plenty of people attempting to figure out what all this means! What does it all mean? What does Noctae's revelations mean for the story of Owlboy?
