There are three things to focus on when specializing your dupes. One is what skills they have as that will determine the actual performance of that action. The second is skill points which can be assigned as a dupe levels up, allows them to gain further bonuses to their skills as well as unlock specific actions unavailable to a non-specialized dupe. Lastly you have interests, which allow a dupe to gain more exp when performing an action they are interested in as well as lessening the morale cost of investing your skill points into that class of skill. Today, we break ground in to all three of these as Nathan joins the team.
