Essentially unlocking (and finishing) Classic Maze as quickly as possible. From a clean save, one must get perfect requirements on all 55 mazes (10 bonus mazes must be unlocked from Medium and Hard first...). Can be done in less time than this.

As for why the game randomly crashes from time to time? There's a glitch that involves pressing two keys specifically at the same time, which can skip minigames AND mazes after a cutscene. Saves quite a bit of time, despite some funny side effects.
