Thanks to a great Youtuber who goes by the name of kretschi123 the jurassic park arcade pcb is now alive. my board is a Rev. A board and what the original problem was with it was that the board was stuck in a loop saying Drive BD Bad. kretschi123 played around with the roms on mame and found the problem to lie in the IC8 eeprom which is labled : EPR-16400A and corrected the problem in the code, burned a 16 bit eeprom for it and sent it out to me. After putting in the new eeprom and checking the memory test menu, the eeprom comes up as BAD but im not sure if that is a burn problem, mame problem or what but the game finally turned on and went into the game mode. I thank you a lot man for taking the time to figure out the problem and solution for this board and I hope it helps others in the future as well. We need to preserve these old arcade boards and it is great to know that there are still people out there who can do this stuff!!
