Well, this is my attempt at it anyway. I present to you the highlights of a week's worth of myself playing this game based on luck, skill and strategic knowledge... so that's me buggered then. Expect lot's of deaths, (mostly my own) fist fighting, and lots of badly aimed shooting.

PLAYERUNKNOWN'S BATTLEGROUNDS is a last-man-standing shooter being developed with community feedback. Starting with nothing, players must fight to locate weapons and supplies in a battle to be the lone survivor. This realistic, high tension game is set on a massive 8x8 km island with a level of detail that showcases Unreal Engine 4's capabilities.
PLAYERUNKNOWN aka Brendan Greene, is a pioneer of the Battle Royale genre. As the creator of the Battle Royale game-mode found in the ARMA series and H1Z1 : King of the Kill, Greene is co-developing the game with veteran team at Bluehole to create the most diverse and robust Battle Royale experience to date
Not Just a Game. This is BATTLE ROYALE
Our BATTLE ROYALE game-mode will put up to 100 players on a remote island for a winner-takes-allshowdown where strategic gameplay is as important as shooting skills. Players will enter a last-man-standing battle where they try to locate weapons, vehicles and supplies in a graphically and tactically rich battleground that eventually forces players into a shrinking play zone as they engage in a tense and spectacular fight to the death.
Who Is PlayerUnknown?
PLAYERUNKNOWN (Brendan Greene - Creative Director at Bluehole) is the pioneer of the Battle Royale genre.
From humble beginnings creating the Battle Royale game-mode on the ARMA series, he went on to license his game-mode to Sony Online Entertainment (now Daybreak Games) for inclusion in their title H1Z1.
Now working as creative director on BATTLEGROUNDS,
he has finally the chance to create his own version of the game-mode which spawned a new genre in gaming.

Community-Driven Development
Since we started this project a year ago, we have reached out to the Battle Royale community to gather suggestions and feedback about what they want and expect from the game.
Ever since we started our pre-alpha testing, we have worked with them to implement suggestions, get feedback about gameplay, and ask their help when we ran alpha and beta testing.
Custom Games
During Early Access, we will have custom games
on private servers available for our partners.
We will expand the reach of this program
once the core system is working well.
Modding
From the very start, we wanted to provide players with the ability
to create new game-modes and mods based in our game.
We have created a highly detailed world, and provide content creators with a wealth of vehicles, weapons & items for use in their own mods.
Our players will have the full use of our assets
and can create their own content for inclusion in their mods,
by using the highly powerful Unreal Engine devkit!
