Padmini Rout is 4-time national champion of India, Asian Champion and individual gold medal winner at the Olympiad. She is a big fighter and is fearless in all ways against her opponents. One of the reasons for her bold style of play, is the mental calmness that Padmini gets as a chess player due to the support from Indian Oil (IOCL). In this video, she tells us about the role of IOCL in her chess career and also about the amazing initiative of chess in prisons of which she is a part.
