Here's part 25 of my Painkiller Black Edition playthrough for the PC. The Black Edition has the main game, and its expansion, Battle Out of Hell. This covers level C4L5, Tower, beaten on Trauma difficulty. As well, beating this level on Trauma gives you the alternate "secret" ending.

The reason why I call the ending "secret" is because it's the unofficial ending, since the expansion follows the original ending. By default (without modding) you cannot play Chapter 5 on Trauma.

In this playthrough I play on Nightmare difficulty, unlock all tarot cards and find all secrets and holy items (there will be additional videos for Trauma and Extras content).
