SAMSUNG RESOLVED THIS ISSUE WITHOUT ANY FUSS AND I RECEIVED SOME EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT.
In this video I'm showing an issue with my Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 were there's been a factory manufacturing defect that applies to the paint finish on the body of the phone, or in this case, the hinge or spine.
If you have a Samsung Flip 4 or if you're thinking about buying one. It may be worth checking to see if you have any issues with the paint finish. Such as, flaking, bubbling or any other imperfection.
I will send this video to Samsung as part of my complaint and will keep you updated with the outcome and hopefully it's a simple case of Samsung replacing the phone.
