Pajama Sam Helps Otto to Float (Two versions)
One thing I really like about this PC game of my childhood, “Pajama Sam: No Need To Hide When It’s Dark Outside”, is how you can sometimes vary how a few tasks work. One of my favorite instances is convincing Otto the boat that wood floats in water. The default way, often for first-time players, has Otto tell Sam his fear of sinking in water because he’s wood, and so Sam convinces him otherwise. Alternatively, you can have Sam randomly throw his piece of wood in the water, as if he had Attention Deficit Disorder, grabbing the attention of Otto and convincing him it’s safe to go in the water (this is how I did it in my Let’s Play video nearly ten years ago.)
I can’t believe this PC game is 25 years old now! I feel old myself…
