If you intend to use any service(SIM issuance, opening bank account, vehicle registration etc) in Pakistan that requires fingerprint verification, your fingerprints must be on file with NADRA. To determine whether your fingerprints can be used for these services, please use the form.

General Guidelines to Apply Online
Register an account
Choose relevant category and start your application
Fill in application form online
Pay fee through Debit / Credit card ( Payment Guidelines)
Upload a scanned photograph ( Photograph Guidelines) or upload photograph through Pak-ID Mobile Application
Scan and upload fingerprint by downloading ( Fingerprint Guidelines) or Capture fingerprint through Pak-ID Mobile Application.
Upload scanned documents ( Document Guidelines) or upload document through Pak-ID Mobile Application.
Submit the application.
It is advised that for attachment of all supporting documents(i.e. passport, ID cards etc).
