The game is a multi-directional shooter where players control a character equipped with a harpoon, tasked with defeating bouncing balls that split into smaller balls each time they're hit. The objective of the game is to clear each stage by eliminating all of the bouncing balls without getting hit.
Pang features two-player cooperative play and has a total of 50 levels set in various locations around the world. The game is known for its cute and quirky graphics, addictive gameplay, and challenging difficulty. Players must navigate through each level, avoiding obstacles and enemies, while strategically shooting the bouncing balls to clear the stage.
