For those of you that don't know, transmog is a term that's used to describe the process of appearance changing gear within the MMORPG genre. This term came to be from the World of Warcraft which started as transmogrify.

In the Pantheon community, support of this feature seems to be rather split down the middle. There are a group of old school MMORPG players which claim it breaks immersion, and a group that feels character customization is at the heart of all MMORPGs, or any RPG in general.

In this video I explain the viewpoint of being very heavily FOR transmog in Pantheon: Rise of the Fallen, and I even combat various arguments from the anti-transmog crowd.

In this video I lay out how I feel transmog should function, how it should be limited, and how it will have a positive effect on the overall economy and crafting systems of the game.

As always, please share your thoughts, but I urge you to watch this with an open mind, even if your someone highly against having a transmog system. I believe there are some key points here to show it's value, even if it doesn't fully convince you.
