So I found out while I was rendering that I was running the .xbe patched for LETTERBOX REMOVAL in CXBX-R.
Normally this wouldn't be an issue. My XBOX's HDD library is the same one on my PC. But this time I chose to run it straight off of the disc.

With the emulator footage missing the letterbox, I chocked it up to a emu glitch, BUT IT IS NOT! It's HUMAN ERROR.
Also I had to chop out some loading times to get the two to sync well.

Intel i5 9600k
nvidia rtx 2080 (game runs on this)
amd HD6450 (for CRT tv output)
16GBs of ram
Windows 10

external devices:
vga to YPbPr transcoder from linuxbot3000 on eBay (makes this all possible!!)
galaxy s20 (to record)
kdenlive (editing software)
jvc av-30w475 (crt tv)
original xbox w/ Microsoft HD pack (yPbPr component cables)
