I was only able to sync the footage up at the start of the attract mode. The footage of the xbox (ff/no-ff) both run with the same timing, but the emu does not.
The emulator is running at a proper 480i, courtesy of linuxbot3000's transcoder and crtemudriver.

my specs are:
Intel i5 9600k
nvidia rtx 2080 (game runs on this)
amd HD6450 (for CRT tv output)
16Gbs of ram
Windows 10

external devices:
vga to YPbPr transcoder from linuxbot3000 on eBay (makes this all possible!!)
galaxy s20 (to record)
kdenlive (editing software)
jvc av-30w475 (crt tv)
