Panzer Paladin is a fun game and you should play it.

Very Zelda 2 -ish for side scrolling stab things and have spells, awesome music. Only thing is the game is a little obtuse about explaining things after the basics. Bright side is you barely need to know them.

As a note - this is the Nintendo Switch physical release. It seems to drop frames randomly, so if I build up the nerve to do speedruns, I'll probably move to a PC version.
