Mario goes to Star Haven and he meets with the Star Spirits.They told him that to defeat Bowser he must save all Star Spirits so they can give him all the power he needs to defeat Bowser.Meanwhile at Peach's Castle a star kid named Twink arrived to Peach to grant her wish of help.Peach gives a Lucky Star to Twink so he can give it to Mario.Peach also says to Twink to say to Mario that she's all right and he doesn't need to worry about her.Twink reaches Mario and gives him the lucky star that allows him to use the action commands.The Koopa brothers were pretending to be normal toads and Merlon noticed who were they.
