In this part we head back to Overlook Mountain to get rid of the tower thing that's over the overlook tower using Olivia's transformation and we head inside Overlook Tower. We attempt to go up the elevator but some weird colored pencils stop us and take us back down the main floor. We get enough confetti though to patch the hole for the stairs. We then go to the kitchen to find these mini goombas that are causing chaos and a chef gives us more confetti to patch up another stairs and we make it to the top and torpedo pencils are flying at us everywhere and we using that to our advantage to blow up a wall. We then climb all the way up a ladder to a higher floor in the tower.
