This is a Chapter Lock of Paper Mario 64! In Chapter Lock, Badges, Partners, & Items are locked to the Chapter you obtain them! To even out the challenge for end game, Star Powers are excluded and all of Toad Town (including Rowf and Merlow) are considered Chapter 8. Let’s see how I do when badges like Mega Rush are locked to just one Chapter!
