I start off this glitch by getting text storage with ultra boots. Then I approach the email trigger and start to close the last textbox inside the start menu while using Koops as I walk into it. This causes the first and second jumps with Koops to be cancelled, which in turn puts us into a state where our next jump will be "special".

This state will even carry on through loading zones (which is shown in the video) and save files!

For now this is the only known way to get into this weird jump state, but the actual scenario needed for it could easily be done in other ways in theory, so we'll see where this ends up in the future.
