Para Bellum Games: Conquest's Nord Raiders unboxed and built!
160Got some of the Nords in. The Raiders specifically. While there's definitely a Viking vibe going on, they're certainly their own thing- especially if you get into the lore behind them. (On a side note I'd love to see Para Bellum publish all the their lore in print form rather than just online).
While there's some variance between head choices the arm choices boil down to the same four lefts and four rights, but those are interchangeable at least. I'm curious if they're compatible with the other Nords plastic kits- they weren't with the 100 Kingdoms stuff I tried to smash together with these.
Unless I built the standard wrong, it's super heavy and lopsided. You'll need to weight the base down. Getting them to all fit on the unit base is going to be a challenge as well, considering there are weapons going every direction possible!
Despite these grips it seems like the quality of Para Bellum's plastics continues to increase. So much so that I find myself looking forward to seeing what they have coming next (a feeling that had dwindled some after dealing with the drone arrows).
